Our Service

5 Phases strives for product quality and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s) return them within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding United States federal holidays).

Order Status

You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order has been shipped. It will include a tracking number enabling you to check the status of your shipment. You can also log in to your account at anytime to view the status of your order. You must have an account in order to view order status. You will also be able to view a listing of all your past orders in order status; however, if you were not logged in to your account when you placed your order, you won't be able to view the order later.

  • Next Day: Place orders by 3PM Pacific Time and youshould receive your items the next business day from the date shipped.
  • 5 Phases will provide tracking information but is not responsible for lost shipments.

  • Only one shipping address per order when ordering through 5phases.com.
  • 5phases.com ships to the 48 States in the Continental US only. For all other locations see policies below.

We're sorry, products cannot be billed or shipped to APO/FPO destinations through 5phases.com. If you would like to have an item shipped to a Military APO/FPO address, please call (877) 659-1459 or email us at orders@5phases.com and we will gladly provide a shipping quote and accommodate your order.

Canada

We're sorry, products cannot be billed or shipped to destinations in Canada through 5phases.com. International Locations

We're sorry, products cannot be billed or shipped to international destinations through 5phases.com. Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California state addresses. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping charges.

Returns

5 Phases strives for product quality and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s) return them within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. All items purchased through 5phases.com can be returned by following the steps below:

  1. Complete Return Form. Click here to download Return Form (PDF).
  2. If able, re-pack the merchandise with the original packing materials and enclose the completed Return Form.
  3. All returns should be addressed to:

  4. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to "DAMAGED ITEMS". Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.

Please note: Only products purchased at 5phases.com may be returned for refund. Shipping costs on returned items are nonrefundable. If you have questions about returns or exchanges, please contact us by phone at (877) 659-1459 or by email at orders@5phases.com.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at (877) 659-1459 or email usat orders@5phases.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. The box, packing materials and the damaged items must be kept in order to assure resolution. We will contact you regarding sending replacement product(s).

Exclusive Warranty

5 Phases products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from purchase. If a defect appears within that time period we will, at our option, replace the product or refund the purchase price, provided the customer gives us prompt written notice of the defect. The warranty does not cover products for normal wear and tear or products that are subjected to abnormal conditions or negligent or willful damage. The above stated warranty is the EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY given by 5Phases and we shall have no liability for anything other than refund or replacement. All warnings and instructions must be read prior to bottle use. We shall not be liable for financial or property losses, personal injury or other consequential damage.
